español term

en términos de la propuesta de convenio que indica

Non-PRO español al inglés Jurídico/Patentes Derecho: (general) Divorce decree
Hi. This is part of a long sentence in a Mexican divorce decree. I'm not quite sure about the whole thing, but I'm having particular trouble with the above phrase in particular. I think the part tripping me up the most is "que indica." Not sure what the subject is.

...XXX, por su propio derecho, solicitando unilateralmente el divorcio en contra de XXX, *en términos de la propuesta de Convenio que indica,* solicitud que se admite a trámite con fundamento en...

My attempt so far is "in terms of the proposed Agreement it indicates" but that sounds very literal so not sure if it works...
Your help is appreciated! Thanks! :)

under the terms of the abovementioned/specified proposed Agreement

I think "que indica" means that he/she has mentioned this proposal elsewhere.

Or: "by virtue of the proposed Agreement specified"
Note from asker:
Ah, yes. After reading it again, I see it makes sense that "que indica" refers to the agreement previously mentioned. Thanks so much!

agree philgoddard : I don't think you need to say aforementioned or specified - they don't add anything to the meaning.

agree AllegroTrans : Well I do think you need specified, you can't simply wipe out words from a legal text as Phil is suggesting
