@ Benjamin The numbers certainly are not grades. The actual grades say "Very good", "Good", and so forth. A query has been submitted to the agency for Monday, which is the day that the job needs to be delivered, by 5 pm CET.

I am a bit confused as to what the table looks like. If the numbers are in fact referring to working hours per week (SWS, oder Wochenstunden, da hast du sicherlich recht), then Lect./Exec. could, as you suggest, refer to time spent in and outside of lecture. To me, 'executive' is an entirely foreign way to refer to 'homework' or work done on one's own...but I've never dealt with Egyptian degrees! You say the numbers certainly are not grades, those are listed elsewhere, correct? On American transcripts there are often two grade varieties listed; notes (A, B, C...) and then GPA, Grade Point Average, which also ranges from 1-4. Good luck.
