English term
blue ice (vs dry ice)
English to Polish
Medical
Medical (general)
chodzi o przewóz w tzw. łąńcuchu chłodniczym
dry ice = suchy lód (to wiem)
ale czy jest jakiś polski odpowiednik na blue ice (nigdzie nie znalazłem określenia "niebieski lód" w takim kontekście)
czy 'blue ice" to jest to samo, co takie niebieskie chłodzące wkłady żelowe?

No, blue ice (as sold for use in ice-chests, etc.) is water with a gelling agent and dye added. The gel keeps it from turning liquid when it thaws, but it is not significantly colder than water ice. Some brands, IIRC, have an organic solvent added to lower the freezing/melting point, but it’s still nowhere near as cold as dry ice, since you freeze it in an ordinary household freezer.
Moim zdaniem wkłady chłodzące jak najbardziej :)
