Promotor de la salud, título universitario intermedio

Hola a todos!
Estoy traduciendo el CV de un médico, y en la descripción de su educación cita:
Promotor de la Salud, título intermedio otorgado por la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas.

Entiendo que en US un "promotor de la salud" es un trabajo, no un título. Igualmente me incliné a traducirlo por Healthcare advocate.

El tema es el "título intermedio". En Argentina muchas carreras de grado ofrecen a mitad de carrera un título intermedio (que obviamente no es de grado) pero no logro encontrar un equivalente exacto. Me podrán ayudar?

associate degree in health promotion

English doesn't do this Spanish thing of including the job title in the name of the degree. We use the subject instead.
