The overhead gases from the first desorber of Desorber are condensed in a Reflux Condenser (22-E-804) and are transferred as a carbamate solution to the LP (low-pressure) Carbamate Condenser (22-E-303) via Reflux Pump (22-P-802 A/B) from Level Tank of Reflux Condenser (22-V-801). The non-condensed vapor in this Reflux Condenser is sent to the Atmospheric Flash Condenser (22-E-311).The heat of condensation in Reflux condenser 22-E-804 is dissipated into a tempered cooling water system consisting of Circulating water cooler 22-E-806, Circulating water Pump 22-P-803A/B and head tank 22-V-808.
A dedicated tank 22-T-713 has been provided to empty out the remaining concentrated solution from 22-T-703 after draining of synthesis loop. 22-P-713 transfers the solution back to 22-T-703 *post maintenance of tank*.
