in a treatment diary, there is an "EO", physical examination, followed by several abbreviations or acronyms, among which there is:
"ROC: soffio di 2/6 (> alla punta)" - which I translated: "murmur 2/6 (> at apex)"

| Of course, I've done that before writing... it suggests "Riflesso di Orientamento Condizionato" (ENT field), which does not really fit the context ("soffio di 2/6"). Forgot to say that the field is "oncology" (if it is of any help). |
