in a treatment diary, there is an "EO", physical examination, followed by several abbreviations or acronyms, among which there is:
"ROC: soffio di 2/6 (> alla punta)" - which I translated: "murmur 2/6 (> at apex)"
I could not find the meaning of "ROC"

Of course, I've done that before writing... it suggests "Riflesso di Orientamento Condizionato" (ENT field), which does not really fit the context ("soffio di 2/6"). Forgot to say that the field is "oncology" (if it is of any help). |
