I believe we are talking about people who log into a system here, and "user" and "administrator" accounts. The former of course have less degree of access.

8 Oct 2015 - Exactement ! Le compte utilisateur créé par défaut (celui qui vous utilisez depuis l'achat de votre ordinateur) est de type administrateur.

L’un des rôles du Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal est de:

« Appoint a guardian to help manage the personal affairs of an adult with a disability or appoint an administrator to help manage the legal and financial affairs of an adult with a disability.»

Ce qui ressemble fort à la « tutelle/curatelle » en France :
