Краткие характеристики опасности (H-фразы, характеристики опасности, предупреждения об опасности, англ. Hazard statements) — унифицированные предупреждения о характере или степени опасности, установленные в рамках согласованной на глобальном уровне системы классификации и маркировки химических веществ (СГС)[1]. Предупреждения используются как набор стандартных фраз для краткого описания общих факторов опасности, возникающих при работе с химическими веществами. В 2011 году список предупреждений был переопубликован в четвёртом пересмотренном издании СГС[2].

REGULATION (EC) No 1272/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL:

Hazard statement: means a phrase assigned to a hazard class and category that describes the nature of the hazards of a hazardous substance or mixture, including, where appropriate, the degree of hazard;

Precautionary statement: means a phrase that describes recommended measure(s) to minimise or prevent adverse effects resulting from exposure to a hazardous substance or mixture due to its use or disposal;

Hazard statements:
The label shall include the relevant hazard statements in accordance with the classification of the hazardous substance or mixture.
The hazard statements shall be worded in accordance with Annex III.

Precautionary statements:
The label shall include the relevant precautionary statements.
The precautionary statements shall be worded in accordance with Part 2 of Annex IV.

Hazard statements (H statements)
H200 – Unstable explosives.
H201 – Explosive; mass explosion hazard.
H202 – Explosive, severe projection hazard.
H203 – Explosive; fire, blast or projection hazard.
H204 – Fire or projection hazard.
H205 – May mass explode in fire.
H220 – Extremely flammable gas.

In Europe Hazard and Precautionary statements (in brief H- and P-statements) are equivalent to Risk (R-phrases) and Safety phrases (S-phrases) used in Directive 67/548/EEC.

EUH-phrases
European Union

The European Union has implemented the GHS through the CLP Regulation. Nevertheless, the older system based on the Dangerous Substances Directive will continue to be used in parallel until 2016. Some R-phrases which do not have simple equivalents under the GHS have been retained under the CLP Regulation: the numbering mirrors the number of the previous R-phrase.

Other EU hazard statements

Some other hazard statements intended for use in very specific circumstances have also been retained under the CLP Regulation.[6] Note that, in this case, the numbering of the EU specific hazard statements can coincide with GHS hazard statements if the "EU" prefix is not included.

EUH201: Contains lead. Should not be used on surfaces liable to be chewed or sucked by children.
EUH201A: Warning! Contains lead.
EUH202: Cyanoacrylate. Danger. Bonds skin and eyes in seconds. Keep out of the reach of children.
