Female athymic nude mice were inoculated subcutaneously with a 20 mm3 tumor
fragment. Tumors were then monitored until reaching an average volume of 140 mm3. Animals were then randomized into 2 treatment groups: vehicle control and v7187 with eight animals in each group.
