: В MSDS не было и нет никаких строчных форматов, поэтому вероятность того, что row=строка - нулевая.

Спасибо за обсуждение
К сожалению заказчик присылает не целый MSDS а отдельные куски.
Полный текст именно этого MSDS пока найти не удалось.
Сокращение ROW мне в других MSDS ранее не встречалось.
