complete short bio:
Liz Smith is Director of Participation and Learning at the National Portrait Gallery in London. Liz leads the Gallery’s work on learning, participation and audience development including national learning and participation projects. Working across departments and teams she creates a shared direction and ensures audience development activity is championed embedded into delivery and planning at all levels. Between September 2001 and May 2007, she was Assistant Director, Learning and Interpretation at Royal Museums, Greenwich. Prior to this, Liz worked for four years at London’s Transport Museum. A trained History teacher, Liz has taught in several secondary (11-18 years) schools in both London and Bristol.

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
