If any other person or entity is to be granted a security interest in the Picture, the execution of a customary form of interparty agreement among Producer, Purchaser and such persons or entities or, alternatively, non-disturbance agreements in a form acceptable to Producer in its reasonable discretion.

ou encore : Purchaser agrees that if the holder of a Third Party Lien provides a customary non-disturbance undertaking (form to be subject to Purchaser’s reasonable approval), such Third Party Lien shall not be deemed to interfere with Purchaser’s exercise of the Rights.
