As far as I can see, it just means that on the questionnaire, these key questions should be printed in a red box — it's not clear whether that means individually, or as a group.
Probably more natural in EN to use an expression with a verb, like "put questions in a red box" or "put a red line round..." or "outline... in red" etc.
