What I'm understanding is that there are deficiencies but these improprieties (inconvenientes) are being resolved ethically (con ética) within the Casa Hogar (the "servicio" being one particular piece of it that may have been identified earlier). |

And considering the triple repetition of “casa hogar”, I think I would go about it like this: “Estimado xx es cierto que en nuestra Casa Hogar hay muchas deficiencias que tenemos que resolver pero estos inconvenientes se va realizando con ética al servicio de la casa hogar. Asismismo vamos reorganizando la casa hogar y claro gracias a...” “Dear Xx, while it is true that we have many issues that still need to be ironed out at our Casa Hogar, these difficulties only serve to emphasize the ethical nature of our work.
