I am having a problems trying to find out how to translate this and would appreciate any help given.
"...hay muchas deficiencias que tenemos que resolver pero estos inconvenientes se va
realizando *con ética al servicio* de la casa hogar."
This is from a letter written from Peru.

Meaning of "ética" here I think the author of this badly drafted text means by "ética" the "ética profesional" = "professional ethics", the moral principles required and applied by the "casa hogar".

The whole sentence is: "Estimado xx es cierto que en nuestra Casa Hogar hay muchas deficiencias que tenemos que resolver pero estos inconvenientes se va realizando con ética al servicio de la casa hogar. Asismismo vamos reorganizando la casa hogar y claro gracias a usteds y a otros organizaciones que tienen mucho cariño al hogar...

I'm parsing it as ... "se va realizando con ética" "al servicio de la casa hogar"... What I'm understanding is that there are deficiencies but these improprieties (inconvenientes) are being resolved ethically (con ética) within the Casa Hogar (the "servicio" being one particular piece of it that may have been identified earlier).

The Spanish seems poorly phrased (¿Tiene sentido el concepto de “ética al servicio”? A mí no.). My suggestion here seems to reflect the intended meaning in English that sounds natural.

The Spanish is very poor indeed here, in my view (almost incomprehensible), but I think the person is trying to say something along these lines. And considering the triple repetition of “casa hogar”, I think I would go about it like this:

“Estimado xx es cierto que en nuestra Casa Hogar hay muchas deficiencias que tenemos que resolver pero estos inconvenientes se va realizando con ética al servicio de la casa hogar. Asismismo vamos reorganizando la casa hogar y claro gracias a...”

“Dear Xx, while it is true that we have many issues that still need to be ironed out at our Casa Hogar, these difficulties only serve to emphasize the ethical nature of our work. We are also currently reorganizing the home, which is thanks to...”
