Boletagem is the production of "Boletos".
Boletos used to be the paper forms to register transactions. Currently, Boletagem are the electronic Data Entry System, where you register the transactions executed by an organization.
It is a term used a lot in the Financial Sector representing the Data Entry of transactions executed in the Markets (Stock Market, Bonds, Forex etc.).

Context: this is part of a due diligence questionnaire of an asset management company. "Boletagem" is used to describe the type of system the company uses in support to risk control (risk managment structure)
