14. Une première tentative de signification de l’ordonnance d’exequatur, effectuée au domicile de M. Verdoliva, à Capoterra (Italie), est demeurée infructueuse. En effet, d’après le procès‑verbal de signification, dressé le 14 juillet 1994, M. Verdoliva, tout en restant enregistré dans cette localité, avait déménagé depuis plus d’un an.
15. Il a donc été procédé à une seconde signification, conformément à l’article 143 du CPC. Selon le procès‑verbal de signification, daté du 27 juillet 1994, l’huissier de justice a déposé une copie de l’acte à la mairie de Capoterra et affiché une seconde copie à son tableau officiel.

14. Un primo tentativo di notifica del decreto di esecutività, effettuato presso il domicilio del sig. Verdoliva, a Capoterra, rimaneva infruttuoso. Infatti, secondo la relazione di notificazione, redatta il 14 luglio 1994, il sig. Verdoliva, pur restando iscritto all’anagrafe in tale località, si era trasferito da oltre un anno.
15. Si procedeva quindi ad una seconda notifica, conformemente all’art. 143 c.p.c. Secondo la relazione di notificazione in data 27 luglio 1994, l’ufficiale giudiziario depositava copia dell’atto nella casa comunale di Capoterra ed affiggeva una seconda copia nell’albo del suo ufficio giudiziario.
