The bride is making a joke here. Judges are usually conservative in appearance/behavior and are careful about their public image. Most judges would not want an old You-Tube video circulating that showed them going wild at a party. I don't think the words "sixth circuit" are very important here, especially if the joke gets lost in Arabic. Her real point is that she could be a judge or any public figure someday in the future, but she will not feel embarrassed about her wedding day dance.
