court order
The particulars in the case concern an order to attach the defendant's goods - i.e. seeking an attachment order. This is some kind of attachment too, I think. It's not in a sentence but on the accompany form and is definitely some form of order that is being sought from the court. The main thing I do not understand is the use of the word تقدير in this context. Sorry I cannot write more in Arabic as I not working from an Arabic-enabled computer at present. It may be some form of interim relief. Thank you.
