Since, you trust Qamoos.sakhr, as you quote it in your answer below, please look up تقوى there and you will find "God-fearingness" among the suggestions.

The first is from Sakhr (http://qamoos.sakhr.com/SearchResults.aspx) for بر and the second comes from the Eternal Message of the Prophet Mohammed (S), which has at least one chapter devoted to it (in the original English version) and the fourth is from http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/Godfearing.
Discussion
I am not seeking to suggest you are incorrect and I acknowledge the use of the term here and there. However there is some problem I think with trying to convert an adjective (God-fearing) made of two words (one of which is already a "proper noun"; i.e., "God" into a noun, which is really what is being done here. Fear of God or Conscientiousness of Allah would probably be more linguistically palatable. Again most of the use of the term is by non-native English speaking users.
I checked Merriam-Webster's Online Dictionary Webster's Online and Oxford Online Dictionary (http://www.askoxford.com/results/?view=searchresults&freesea... and http://www.askoxford.com/results/?view=searchresults&freesea...
No results coud be obtained for fearingness or God-fearingness respectively.
And by the way, there are 4,070 hits for it. Not Zero.
