Measures against circulatory shock, respiratory depression and convulsions may be needed.
=== Я написал

What is circulatory shock?
The term shock is often confused by people as meaning getting a fright. However, in medical terms it is a life-threatening condition which occurs when the circulatory system fails. A casualty suffering from circulatory shock may suffer from permanent organ damage or even death.
http://www.stanleycompany.org.uk/man/shock.htm
Reduction of effective blood flow represents the primary disturbance accounting for circulatory shock. Four categories of
circulatory shock are identified: cardiogenic, hypovolemic, distributive, and obstructive. The pharmacology and clinical implications for treatment of shock with vasoactive drugs are reviewed in this context. Except for epinephrine, when it is used for treatment of anaphylactic shock, there is no specific indication for the routine use of alpha- or beta-adrenergic receptor agonists. These agents may increase blood pressure or cardiac output, but nutritive flow is not necessarily improved. Comparable limitations are observed with alpha-adrenergic receptor blocking agents. However, selective effects on the myocardium and on the resistance, exchange, and capacitance vessels may be advantageous as an interim and complementary measure. Since vasoactive drugs frequently intensify the fundamental defect accounting for perfusion failure, their selective rather than routine employment is mandatory.http://jama.ama-assn.org/cgi/content/abstract/231/12/1280

1) в англоязычной литературе "circulatory shock" и "shock" нередко взаимозаменяемы (ниже будет приведена пара цитат);
2) при любом шоке не обходится без нарушения перфузии тканей, т.е. любой шок - "циркуляторный" (макро- или микроциркуляторный);
3) контекст вовсе не требует какой-либо детализации в отношении разновидностей или причин данного шока;

**shock, or circulatory shock** (physiology)
in physiology, failure of the circulatory system to supply sufficient blood to peripheral tissues to meet basic metabolic requirements for oxygen and nutrients and the incomplete removal of metabolic wastes from the affected tissues.

Circulatory shock defines a syndrome precipitated by a systemic derangement in perfusion leading to widespread cellular hypoxia and vital organ dysfunction.
* Hemorrhagic Shock
* Cardiogenic Shock
* Sepsis (!)
* Anaphylactic Shock (!!)
