Arabic term

أعلن قانوناً

Arabic to English Law/Patents Law (general)
"وحيث أن الدعوى أعلنت قانوناً..."
it then goes to the bit from my previous question.
I thought this was supposed to be قانونياً, but قانوناً seems to be correct.

ُExamples from the net:

يقول المستند ان المتهم أعلن قانونا ولم يحضر فيجوز الحكم في غيبته

تتحصل وقائع الدعوى في ان المدعي قد اقامها بموجب صحيفة دعوى أعلنت قانونا للمدعى عليهم

Discussion

Khalid W (asker) Apr 3, 2007:
clarification To clarify, I meant to ask about the term أعلن قانوناً ...ignore the قانونياً vs. قانوناً bit. I just hadn't recognized قانوناً as an adverb. Thanks!
Fuad Yahya Apr 3, 2007:
This question appears to be Arabic-Arabic, not Arabic-English. You seem to be asking about the two adverbs, قانوناً vs. قانونياً
