: 'Disinfectant' implies chemical treatment. This so-called 'information water' has been subjected to some form of electromagnetic process.

Google refs to ‘water with a memory’ concern homeopathy, i.e. small quantities for drinking. The context refers to treating the water in a swimming pool. Sounds like a job for a mega memon® transformer.
