previously capitalized / previously swapped

You actually have two questions here, although on the same topic. Under French accounting rules, you can increase capital stock (share capital) simply by transferring retained earnings or other paid-in capital into capital stock (and increasing the par value of shares or issuing new shares accordingly) without there being any net inflow of funds. I think that the standard equivalent of "incporporation" is "capitalization".
Debt, on the other hand, is generally "swapped" for equity - in other words, equity is issued to satisfy creditors.

incorporated into company capital in the past

You'll know the financial lingo better than I, but it seems to me it is referring to acquistion of company equity in the past, in exchange for buildings, land, etc.

Same thing for the loans. A creditor may in the past have taken equity in the company in exchange for repayment of his loan.

Or am I missing the point of your question?

I agree with Bourth; this is just another option for phrasing it.
