The first stands for veterinarian.
The second stands for farrier.

3> بكسر الباء بدل فتحها يصبح المعنى نعل الحصان ذاته which stands forhorseshoe

I guess it's the third meaning you need here. "as a horseshoe" to refer that despite their youth and strength, they died in suffer.
