I already did a few, and I won't refuse them, since it's a strong market trend, however, under two conditions:
1. The price is between the revision and the translation price, i.e., 75% of the translation rate.
2. The translation to be revised must be done with the client's TM, with all specific terms of their jargon, not in Google Translate or similar, whatsoever.

My experiences with MT are just fine... but that's because the source is pretty simple (sales catalogues and product descriptions in short sentences), the customer's property MT engine is reasonably well-trained and the rates are fair. Perhaps the most time-consuming tasks are the conversions from feet to meters, ounces to grams or ml, etc.
However, I think I wouldn't take this kind of jobs for more complex sources... From what I've seen of unedited MTs of that kind, it seems easier to tra...
