Italian<>Swahili Interpreter is needed

I am contacting you because we are currently looking for qualified linguists for a simultaneous interpreting project in the combination of Italian to Swahili.

The event will take place remotely via Zoom on Thursday 18 July and Friday 19 July, with the following times:

Thursday 18 July: 90 minutes in the morning (09.30 - 11.00) and 90 minutes in the afternoon (16.00 - 17.30)
Friday 19 July: 90 minutes in the morning (09.30 - 11.00) and 90 minutes in the afternoon (16.00 - 17.30)
Theme of the event: canon law.

I would kindly ask you to confirm your availability for this assignment by 9:00 am tomorrow 11/07, so that we can organize all the logistical details necessary to guarantee the success of the service.
