Chinese > English long-term on-site review assignment in San Francisco available

Linguistic Systems has openings available for US-based, US citizen Chinese linguists in and around the San Francisco area.

Our client is looking for someone confident in reviewing both Simplified and Traditional Chinese documents. Summaries and/or informal translations of these documents may be requested.

This post is full-time (40 hours per week), with Tuesday to Thursday on-site at the client's offices in San Francisco. Two days per week can be remote.

The client is looking for applicants for around 8 months of work or potentially longer.

Qualified applicants must have:

* US Citizenship
* MBI Security Clearance, or ability to be MBI-cleared
* Experience using a legal document review platform like Relativity
* Experience using Microsoft Office
* Willingness to work overtime as directed
* Ability to work with tight statutory deadlines
* Business-level fluency in Simplified and Traditional Chinese

Legal credentials are not mandatory for this role, but legal experience of some kind is preferable.
