pomimo braku calego zdania (fragment o matce) to jest ok:) moze ten article 34 tak dziwnie wyglada. Ja bym napisal section 34 subsection 2 (albo section 34(2)). ale glowy chyba nie utna

mam jeszcze takie bardzo szybkie pytanie... czy to moje tlumaczenie ma rece i nogi? juz padam na twarz ze zmeczenia! no tak, od kilku miesiecy studiuje tlumaczenia prawnicze na salford university i szczerze powiedziawszy nigdy nie spotkalam sie w tekstach angielskich z takim zapisem, takze raczej zostawie tak jak jest, bo ludzie nie beda wiedziec o co chodzi

Ale problem jest innej natury powniewaz system prawny (UK) wyglada troche inaczej.

ustawa = najlepiej faktycznie pasuje Act (zamiast statute/law)

Problem jest troche innej natury. ale ogolnie chyba mozna zaakceptowac (pomijajac the)

jak to zostalo wspomniane wyzej w dyskusji (i ponizej). Problem jest innej natury -> kwiesta systemu prawnego i zapisu prawa

agree inmb : zarówno "s" (według mnie to jest lepsza wersja) jak i "section" są OK; natomiast podałbym polski tytuł i tłumaczenie nazwty ustawy tylko w nawiasie (nikt nie będzie w stanie znaleźć ustawy nawet na podstawie najlepszego tłumaczenia)
