This seems to be a quite general phrase; I just don't know it and can't seem to find it, partly because 「なり」is only in hiragana. It appears in a company president's speech stating the reason for an informal press briefing（懇談会）: "The management team of the new company と、なりをみていただきたい"。Thanks in advance for the help!

Two assumptions can be made here:
1) 当社の経営陣の人となりをみていただきたいと
Here **、** is a typo and unnecessary.
OR
2) 当社の経営陣の人と、（その）なりをみていただきたいと
Here I am assuming the **、** is not a typo and could be a ligitimate part of the sentence.
Both 1) and 2) are grammatically correct, although the latter is a bit odd as it says なりをみる, which normally means "how a person is dressing up", namely なり=服装.
On the other hand, なり could be equal to **personal inclination, characters, despositions** in this case.
In any event usage 2) is unnatural and uncommon. I believe this comma is typo.
Now, 人となりをみる is a common cliche. See below examples from Glova.
