I have verified the first part of this address as Okinawa-ken, Kunigami-gun, Kin-cho. I am unsure, however, if the last part, 字金武, is read as "Aza-kin", or just "Kin," or some other reading. Can anyone help?

Yes, you are right. It is read as "Aza-Kin". I currently live in Okinawa where my husband has been stationed in as a service member of USMC and there is a USMC base in Kin, Okinawa. Kunigami-gun is the nothern part of Okinawa main island where is located about 50 miles from Naha.
