Ad ogni modo nei siti UK ci sono pochi riscontri per "extractable shower", quindi vedi se qualche madrelingua conferma questa traduzione o se ne esiste una più accreditata. Sono però sicuro che sia "doccetta estraibile" e non "deccetta".

Ho trovato "pull-out sprayhead" o "pull-out spray head". Questa potrebbe essere la traduzione corretta :-)
