neutral gfrim : "sale order" is a little too literal. More correct legal terms would have been "writ of sale" or "writ of execution". Also, "require" is inappropriate for a private POA. It should have been "seek" or "request".

lidrosh is neither seek nor request but require. In fact, the whole document is rather strangely worded.
