If we enter into a call-off contract with the Customer, i.e. a contract for fixed quantities of goods whose delivery is to take place over a defined period on request by the Customer, possibly in partial quantities, we are entitled to produce the entire quantity agreed.

Where precise volumes or values are not known until after delivery
