Эта соль является аналогом метанпероксоата калия, цитируемого без всяких вводных слов в аналогичном патенте (и в том же антураже, с соседствующими миллимолями и эквивалентами):

(К сожалению, нужно запрашивать PDF у авторов, но Гугл эту ссылку в таком виде приводит).

Переводимое совосочетание встречается только в английских версиях нескольких патентов этих китайских авторов. Такое впечатление, что, поскольку caesio и caesium - однокоренные слова, что авторы хотели сказать, что используется "соединение цезия в форме (виде) метанпероксоата цезия". Можно перевести и так.

disagree  Anton Konashenok: It's not "peroxoate", it's methaneperoxoate, which is the same as performate (salt of performic acid, HCOOOH)
