Polish term or phrase: Co ja się z tobą mam
This is uttered by a character in a story who half-jokingly complains about the multitude of problems they have with another person: "Co ja się z tobą mam, to Żyd tego nie ma!"
The story is set in the early 1970s but the character is an elderly lady who lived in the vicinity of Lublin most of her life (where there was a large Jewish community before the WWII).
Any suggestions on how it can be said in British English to retain as much as possible of the original vibe?
