Il corso è strutturato in 2.250 ore totali di formazione: 1.350 ore di formazione in aula e 900 ore di tirocinio. Le 1.350 ore di formazione in aula sono state suddivise in docenze della scuola e docenze tenute da tecnici di YYY in quanto si è voluto affidare all’azienda la docenza delle unità formative altamente specialistiche inerenti i processi produttivi. Sul totale ore teoriche, 836 ore sono state tenute da docenti della scuola e 514 ore sono state realizzate da manager e tecnici esperti di YYY. Tutte le ore di formazione sono state effettuate all’interno dell’Azienda con esclusione di solo 62 ore che sono state effettuate presso i laboratori della sede di Bari della scuola. Le 900 ore di tirocinio, suddivise in due annualità, si sono svolte presso gli impianti e i laboratori aziendali, a contatto diretto con i tecnici ingegneri che hanno consentito un continuo scambio tra formazione on-the-job e affiancamento.

Explanation:
Die 900 Ausbildungsstunden, die auf zwei Jahre verteilt waren, fanden in den Werken und Labors des Unternehmens statt, in direktem Kontakt mit den Technikern, was einen ständigen Austausch zwischen Ausbildung am Arbeitsplatz und Hospitation ermöglichte.

Es geht um eine Art Betreung, der englische Begriff ' Shadowing' ginge hier auch auf deutsch.
