(e) Purchaser shall use reasonable efforts to accommodate Supplementary Outages, provided that Contractor shall coordinate with Purchaser so as to:
(i) maximize overlap of any rescheduled Permitted Phase I Outage or any Supplementary Outage with any scheduled maintenance of the Rabigh Project;
(ii) minimize interruptions of the delivery of Net Output required by the Rabigh Project; and
(iii) undertake any rescheduled Permitted Phase I Outage or any Supplementary Outage
