pursuant to devolution of succession mortis causa -> as successors-in-law by reason of death Explanation: giusta - a trick Italian preposition that may look like it agrees with 'successione', but doesn't. It's unclear what prefaces 'a tutti i venditori', but the Vendors (now the user-friendlier term of Sellers in E&W since the 1980 National or Standard Conditions of Sale of Land) may be selling inherited land (Scots law: heritage) to Purchasers (now Buyers) on what I think is a probate sale.
