Prezados Colegas,

EXECUTIVE LAWYER and Notary Public

No Google encontrei o seguinte:
"A Legal Executive, formally known as a Chartered Legal Executive, is a type of qualified Lawyer who has trained and specialised in one specific area of law such as litigation or conveyancing."

No Proz encontrei o seguinte:

Desde já agradeço-lhes a valiosíssima ajuda!!

Explanation:

lawyer (n.)
late 14c. lauier, lawer, lawere (mid-14c. as a surname), "one versed in law, one whose profession is suits in court or client advice on legal rights," from Middle English lawe "law" (see law) + -iere. Spelling with -y- predominated from 17c. (see -yer). In the New Testament (Luke xiv.3, etc.) "interpreter of Mosaic law." Old English had lahwita, with wita "sage, wise man; adviser councilor," and an earlier Middle English word for "lawyer" was man-of-law (mid-14c.). Related: Lawyerly. also from late 14c. https://www.etymonline.com/word/lawyer

Penso que se trata disto:

“Lawyers now serve as executives in 44 per cent of corporations. Although endowed with gatekeeping responsibilities, executive lawyers face increasing pressure to spend time on strategic efforts. In a fixed-efforts model, we quantify that lawyers are half as important as chief executive officers in explaining variances in compliance, monitoring, and business development.” https://www.jstor.org/stable/26457022

“Documents need to be originals, or copies of documents that have been certified as a true copy by a Solicitor/Lawyer,Notary Public, Registrar of the Court or Justice of the Peace.” https://www.lawinsider.com/dictionary/public-registrar

Asker: Muito obrigada Oliver!!

Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer)
