Se trata de una carta de los abogados de los propietarios de una embarcación en la que insta a varias aseguradoras a celebrar una reunión para establecer quién tiene la responsabilidad de unos daños sufridos por la embarcación.
La traducción es para España.
En este caso creo que no se puede traducir "capacity" como capacidad. ¿"The capacity funding YYY facility" podrían ser los avalistas de la línea de crédito de la aseguradora?
