j ai soumis la question à.un médecin .....
Starting regimen
The general recommended starting dosing regimen is:
Transition from YYY: one injection of XXX should be administered in place of the next scheduled injection of YYY. XXX should then be dosed once every 2 months (every 56 days). The first XXX injection may be administered instead of the second or any later injection of YYY.
Initiation may also be started by following one of two additional regimens:
• One injection start: On the day of initiation, administer one injection of ....
• Two injection start: On the day of initiation, administer two separate injections of one injection of XXX and one injection of YYY .....
