Der Notar fragt nach einer Vorbefassung im Sinne von Artikel 1, Absatz 1, Satz 1 des Beurkundungsgesetzes. Die Frage wurde verneint.

Der o.a. Text erscheint in der Einführung der Beglaubigung einer Vollmacht.

Was bedeutet das? Wie soll ich das übersetzen?

Im voraus danke ich Euch Allen für Eure Hilfe mit diesem Satz.

Danke Gracias a todos por sus indicaciones y explicaciones. Creo que finalmente comprendo de que se trata. El notario ha hecho una consulta para verificar que no se haya intervenido anteriormente en el mismo asunto o trámite.

Coincido con Karlo, se refiere a una intervención previa en el mismo asunto:
" Mit dem Stichwort "Vorbefassung" wird das in § 3 BeurKG bzw. § 45 BRAO statuierte Verbot umschrieben, dass es Notaren und Anwälten sowie den mit ihnen in Bürogemeinschaft verbundenen/arbeitenden Personen verbietet in derselben Sache tätig zu werden in der sie zuvor als Notar bzw.
