Point of origin/ resource Explanation: A origem do vínculo pode ser contratual ou não. O contrato seria a resource (contrato, recibo verde etc) para criar o vínculo entre o trabalhador e a empresa. O tipo de vínculo que é empregatício. Minha outra sugestão foi point of origin. Momento em que se começou o vínculo por contrato ou não. São sugestões . :) |
