neutral  uyuni: Naja, die Spinalanästhesie ist ja nur eine (!) Form der rückenmarknahen Anästhesie. Es gibt ja beispielsweise auch die Epiduralanästhesie...//Die Dura Mater ist ca. 0,3 mm dick und durchaus permeabel für Lokalanästhetika...;-)
