По-моему, тут может быть и Поверхностная надчревная артерия, и Поверхностная артерия, огибающая подвздошную кость. Или есть еще какая-то, которая однозначно подходит под superficial femoral artery?

Ирина, других артерий нет. Здесь скорее всего имеется в виду "поверхностная бедренная артерия" как совокупное понятие, до отхождения 2 названных вами ветвей. Я так понимаю, что определить нужно именно место бифуркации, а не ветви этой артерии.
Можно использовать выражения "общий ствол поверхностной бедренной артерии" или "система поверхностной бедренной артерии".

Ирина, других артерий нет. Здесь скорее всего имеется в виду "поверхностная бедренная артерия" как совокупное понятие, до отхождения 2 названных вами ветвей. Я так понимаю, что определить нужно именно место бифуркации, а не ветви этой артерии.
