Explanation:
Advance parole is a travel document issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or USCIS, on Form I-512L that allows certain noncitizens inside the United States to depart and seek to reenter the country after temporary travel abroad.

"to depart and seek to reenter the country" after temporary travel abroad => sounds to me very much like "revenir"

There is in Canada a travel document "Autorisation De Revenir Au Canada (ARC)" meant for people who have been in Canada letting them return to Canada.

This translation should be added to the "original name" for this document, to avoid any confusion.

Advance Parole

Due to recent changes to U.S. immigration law, travel outside of the United States may have severe consequences for aliens who are in the process of adjusting their status or applying for an immigrant visa (refugees and asylees). Upon return, these aliens may be found inadmissible, their applications may be denied, or both. It is important that the alien obtain the proper documentation before leaving the United States.

Aliens who have pending applications for certain immigration benefits need Advance Parole to re-enter the U.S. after traveling abroad.

Alternatively, to take into account the "advance" part:

advance parole
=
"authorisation préalable de revenir" / "authorisation préalable de retour" [aux États-Unis]

"préalable" as it has to be obtained before exiting US.

disagree  Daryo: if instead of using second/third/ .. hand sources you take the trouble to check the primary source (the USCIS) you'll see this "Advance parole" functions in fact more like THE OPPOSITE: "une autorisation de SORTIE temporaire (avec le droit de retourner)"
2 days 6 mins

disagree  Eliza Hall: As Daryo said, it's an authorization to leave and come back. Not an authorization to stay/reside/séjourner. Your "aut. prov. de séj" = a temporary green card.

agree  Eliza Hall: I would omit préalable, as in the Canadian version, because "revenir" implies future travel/coming back *after* getting the authorization (speaking of which, obviously fix the spelling of autorisation).
23 hrs
-> "préalable" corresponds to the "advance" part - you have to get this "autorisation de retour" before you exit the US // makes it clearer, but might be omitted. Thanks!

neutral  Laurent Di Raimondo: The expression "autorisation de retour" would be more relevant in my humble opinion.
1 day 19 hrs
-> I personally also prefer "autorisation de retour", but not Canadians. Makes no difference.
