There is in Canada a travel document "Autorisation De Revenir Au Canada (ARC)" meant for people who have been in Canada letting them return to Canada.

This translation should be added to the "original name" for this document, to avoid any confusion.

agree  Eliza Hall: I would omit préalable, as in the Canadian version, because "revenir" implies future travel/coming back *after* getting the authorization (speaking of which, obviously fix the spelling of autorisation).
