professional, human, and personal goals/development Explanation: I think either "development" or "goals" would work with the meaning here, though the author does use "desarollar" earlier, so I lean toward the latter. Human and personal development in the workplace described here: https://thriveglobal.com/stories/the-importance-of-human-dev... https://profiletree.com/personal-development-in-your-workpla... Maybe taken together you could translate it to something like "... they can develop their goals, not just professionally, but also in terms of human and personal growth." |

goals, on a human and personal level (see full answer below) Explanation: This answer required a little bit more space. I would say "...and can work towards their goals, not only on a professional level, but also on a human and personal level." -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 29 mins (2021-11-09 15:44:01 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I thought of another possibility: "and can work towards their goals, not only professionally, but also on a human and personal level." https://www.centerforcompassionateleadership.org/blog/how-do-compassionate-leaders-handle-layoffs https://hradvisorsgroup.com/create-a-culture-of-trust/ |

personal growth and development goals Explanation: The company's aim is for workers to develop professionally and also beyond that. I would refer to 'human and personality goals' as 'personal growth and development goals'. It will depend on the ethos of the company though, eg Starbucks' vision is to 'nurture human spirit', so something like that might work too. personal potential Explanation: I agree with Phil's comment above, that "human" is redundant, being synonymous with "personal". Thus, "desarrollar sus expectativas, no solo profesionales, sino humanas y de personalidad" can be reduced in translation to: "...realise their professional and personal potential..." (I'm a bit fed up seeing "goals" and "develop/development" sprinkled through this kind of text) Example sentence(s):
