Have to say I agree with Andrew and Johannes that the wrong answer was chosen.
If you look more closely at Harald's link you should notice that it refers to a drive-through centre, where lane would be appropriate, but it is definitely not here.

Due to the wrong answer chosen (site/lane), I searched again and found a bilingual source.

You are right, the vaccination center in Frankfurt am Main has 5"Impfstraßen" in parallel

Zum Start am 19. Januar, waren zwei der vorhandenen fünf Impfstraßen beziehungsweise 17 von 43 Impfkabinen in Betrieb. Ausgelegt ist das Frankfurter Impfzentrum für 4000 Impfungen am Tag. Zeitaufwand pro Impfung: etwa eine Stunde – davon 30 Minuten Ruhezeit, um allergische Reaktionen auszuschließen.

Impfstraßen in Germany are not in themselves vaccination centres/sites, huge or otherwise. They are the lanes/streams/routes through a site. A site that has one or more Impfstraße(n) can have several people in the system in series: a number of stations that the vaccinnees progress through - compare to e.g. a GP surgery which wouldn't have a sense of "Straße" as you just go in - so in that sense, yes, they are "mass" sites; however the Straße also indicates something about vaccination in parallel: new arrivals to the site/centre/facility are directed to one of the Straße(n) at the site. A site with two Impfstraße can have two vaccinnees moving through the system in parallel. So a huge site will have several - just one Impfstraße is not huge.
In this case, in the asker's context, however, most of this is not relevant. The test centre has been expanded to add a vaccination facility. Describing it as a 'Straße' indicates that it's sort of part of the overall facility (Impfstraße usually being found in Impfzentren), that it has several stations that people will move through, and, since there's only one, no parallelism. But none of this is really needed for the context given above...

Die Kommunen stecken schon seit Längerem in den Vorbereitungen - wie etwa in Trier, wo in einer Messehalle geimpft werden soll. Der Ablauf wird dort durch eine sogenannte "Impfstraße" genau geregelt: Registrierung, Gespräch mit einem Arzt oder Ärztin, dann die Impfung und die Möglichkeit, sich kurz auszuruhen - das Ganze soll nicht länger als fünfzehn Minuten dauern.

In the specific, i.e. the context described here "steht nun direkt neben dem Selbsttestzentrum auch eine Impfstraße", I agree it's fine and sufficient to call it a vaccination site.

Vaccination centre should be okay, imo.
Impfstraße says that the whole process of vaccination consists of several parts (registration, information, vaccination etc.) and that these places are arrranged one after the other in a linear arrangement.
