Stella Rozhinsky Я не стала бы переводить findings как "симптом". Скорее как "изменения". Слово "аномальный" разумнее заменить синонимом "патологический" или "атипичный". Я бы перевела как "атипичные изменения дыхательной системы" или "атипичные респираторные изменения". Привести конкретный пример из Интернета я не могу. Есть коллокации "атипичные изменения" применительно к другим системам организма.
